Connecting your new home

Are you moving into a new home within an Opticomm connected building or community? Getting started is simple.

Steps to getting connected

1. Check your address

The first step to getting connected is to check the status of your address. The address search tool will return a list of addresses, simply select the one that best matches your property. If no results display, this usually means your property or premises is not within an Opticomm connected community and cannot be connected.

If your premises is within an Opticomm connected community, you may be asked for some additional information.

The search tool will also notify you if work is required at your premises and if a connection fee applies to get you connected.

2. Contact your preferred Service Provider

Once you've confirmed that your address is available on the Opticomm network, contact your preferred internet service provider, as they will be able to arrange your connection and service activation.
