As Opticomm is a wholesale provider, we don’t directly provide internet or Foxtel services. We’re restricted by law from providing direct assistance to end-users for internet, phone or Foxtel faults or issues. In any circumstances where you are facing internet-related issues, or issues relating to your service provider’s invoice, please contact your internet service provider or Foxtel directly.
