Our process
1. Contact Us
To become an Opticomm service provider or find out more information, please email us or complete the enquiry form.
2. Agreement
The RSP Master Services Agreement (RSPMA) sets out the terms and conditions of access and supply of products over the Opticomm network. A service provider must execute a RSPMA with Opticomm before commencing interoperability certification and business readiness testing.
3. Testing
Every prospective service provider to complete a comprehensive testing program to ensure the services they offer are robust and meet all the regulatory requirements set out by the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
Opticomm will continue working with service providers to provision test services on the live network and complete any product or technology-based testing to ensure that the services delivered meet the agreed requirements.
