Opticomm is aware certain data and information in relation to broadband services supplied by Opticomm to an RSP (Residential Service Provider) has been published on social media claiming to having been obtained by a compromise of the Opticomm operating and business systems (OSS/BSS).
The Opticomm OSS/BSS has not been compromised.
The information published relates specifically to the RSP only, in respect of services acquired by the RSP from Opticomm.
Opticomm is continuing to assist the RSP to investigate the breach and take appropriate actions.
